102例晚期肿瘤患者应用优质护理理念效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理理念对晚期肿瘤患者的服务效果.方法选择102例晚期肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各51例.观察组应用优质护理理念,优化、完善日常护理服务及相关措施;对照组采用常规护理模式,比较两组患者疼痛感受、生活质量、护理满意度等情况.结果观察组疼痛感受评分低于对照组,生活质量及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论优质护理理念可以改变、优化当前针对晚期肿瘤患者的日常护理服务,确保相关护理服务措施可以贴合患者现实的疾病状态,解决患者日常的疾病问题和心理问题.Objective To investigate the effect of high quality nursing concept in caring patients with advanced cancer.Method 102 cases of advanced cancer are enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group,51 cases in each group. Adjustment and improvement of daily care services and related measures are provided under the concept of high quality nursing in observation group; routine nursing mode is provided in control group.Pain experience,quality of life and satisfaction degree of nursing are compared between two groups.Results The score of pain experience in observation group is lower than that in control group. Life quality and nursing satisfaction in observation group are better than those in control group,the difference is statistically significant（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion High quality nursing is able to change,optimize current daily nursing care service for patients with advanced cancer,ensure that the relevant nursing measures fit the patients＇ condition at the same time and solve their daily physiological and psychological problems.
