摘　　要：实现中国农村集体经济有效形式任重而道远。随着农村集体资产价值不断显化、法律法规不断健全,应逐步引入现代企业制度和市场主体,充分完善集体经济资产股份权能。农村集体产权制度改革的根本,在于健全适应社会主义市场经济体制要求、以公平为核心原则的农村产权保护法律制度。应抓紧研究制定农村集体经济组织方面的法律,赋予农村集体经济组织法人资格,赋予农民更加充分而有保障的基本权益。It is a long way to realize the effective form of effective rural collective economy in China. With the constant manifestation of the value of rural collective assets and the continuous improvement of laws and regulations,we should gradually introduce modern enterprise system and market entity,and fully improve the equity power of collective economic assets. The fundamental reform of the rural collective property right system is to improve the legal system of rural property rights protection which meets the requirements of the socialist market economy and the principle of fairness as the core. We should speed up the research and formulation of the law of the rural collective economic organization,give the rural collective economic organization the qualification of the legal person,and give the farmers more fully and secure basic rights and interests.
