复方铝酸铋在幽门螺杆菌相关消化性溃疡中的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究复方铝酸铋对幽门螺杆菌相关的消化性溃疡的治疗效果。方法:收治幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡患者200例,随机平分两组。对照组口服兰索拉唑+阿莫西林;试验组在此基础上增加复方铝酸铋,观察相关指标。结果:对照组疼痛缓解时间(3.50±0.95)d,溃疡愈合率55%,Hp清除率73%;试验组上述指标分别为(2.00±0.86)d、79%、91%。试验组的疼痛恢复时间、溃疡愈合率和Hp清除率均显著好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方铝酸铋治疗幽门螺杆菌相关的消化性溃疡安全、有效。Objective:To study the efficacy of compound bismuth aluminate in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori associated peptic ulcer.Methods:200 cases of peptic ulcer with Helicobacter pylori infection were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with lansoprazole+amoxicillin.On this basis,the experiment group was treated with compound bismuth aluminate.We observed the related indicators.Results:The pain relief time was(3.50±0.95)d;the ulcer healing rate was 55%;the Hp clearance rate was 73% in the control group.The above indexes in the experimental group were(2.00±0.86)d,79% and 91%.The pain recovery time,ulcer healing rate and Hp clearance rate in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound bismuth aluminate is safe and effective in the treatment of peptic ulcer associated with Helicobacter pylori.
