摘　　要：目的:探讨AO重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果。方法:收治锁骨骨折患者143例,分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用克氏针加钢丝内固定治疗,观察组采用AO重建钢板内固定治疗,比较两组骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、手术时间及临床效果。结果:观察组的骨折愈合时间、术中出血量、手术时间及临床效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:AO重建钢板内固定治疗锁骨骨折的临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of AO reconstruction plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture.Methods:143 patients with clavicular fracture were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with Kirschner wire and steel wire internal fixation.The observation group was treated with AO reconstruction plate internal fixation.We compared the fracture healing time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operative time and clinical effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,the fracture healing time,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and clinical effect were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of AO reconstruction plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle fracture was significant.
