血清HCG、β-HCG和孕酮联合检测在宫外孕诊断中的价值评价

摘　　要：目的:探索血清HCG、β-HCG和孕酮联合检测在宫外孕诊断中的价值。方法:收治宫内妊娠孕妇80例(对照组),疑似宫外孕患者80例(观察组),均实施孕酮、β-HCG、血清HCG检测。结果:观察组P指标(314.75±85.43)nmol/L,β-HCG(543.28±45.18)IU/L,HCG(865.42±32.28)IU/L,均低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时联合诊断特异性、敏感性高于单方面诊断结果。结论:对宫外孕患者实施孕酮、β-HCG、血清HCG联合检测,能够提高临床诊断正确率。Objective:To investigate the effect of the combined detection of serum HCG, β-HCG and progesterone in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods:80 cases of pregnant women with intrauterine pregnancy(the control group)and 80 cases of suspected ectopic pregnancy(the observation group)were selected,and progesterone,β-HCG and serum HCG were detected.Results:The P index(314.75 ± 85.43)nmol/L, β-HCG(543.28 ± 45.18)UI/L and HCG(865.42 ± 32.28)UI/L in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At the same time,the combined diagnostic specificity,sensitivity were higher than unilateral diagnostic results.Conclusion:The combined detection of progesterone,β-HCG and serum HCG in ectopic pregnancy patients can improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
