中医护理及健康宣教对慢性盆腔炎的临床治疗分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨中医护理和健康宣教方法对慢性盆腔炎的效果。方法:收治慢性盆腔炎患者80例,分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规的治疗方法,观察组在对照组基础上加用健康宣教和中医护理,比较两组应用效果。结果:观察组总有效率和症状消退时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理和健康宣教对慢性盆腔炎的效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and health education on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:80 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group added with health education and traditional Chinese medicine nursing on the basis of the control group.We compared the application effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate and symptom extinction time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing and health education on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was significant.
