摘　　要：医疗纠纷问题在全世界范围内引起了广泛关注,医疗纠纷问题突出的主要原因,是纠纷解决机制存在缺陷。本文论述了纠纷解决机制完善方式,提出通过构建医疗纠纷仲裁机制完善我国医疗纠纷的解决机制。The problem of medical disputes has attracted wide attention all over the world.The main cause of medical disputes is the main reason,which is caused by the defects in the dispute settlement mechanism.This paper expounds the perfect mode of the dispute settlement mechanism,and proposes to perfect the settlement mechanism of the dispute in China through the construction of the medical dispute arbitration mechanism.
