摘  要:对于现有虎钳使用过程的不合理情况,考查虎钳使用垫铁的形式,对虎钳与垫铁进行有效结合,使虎钳自身钳口内自带垫铁。这样零件在加工时无需再通过垫铁的组合来进行支撑,能保证垫铁长久不丢失,装夹零件可靠。此外,因虎钳自身带垫铁,大大缩短了零件在装夹过程中所消耗的时间,整体提高了单个零件加工的加工效率,保证了装夹的稳定性和可靠性。For the unreasonable use of the existing vice, the vise is used in the form of iron pad, and the vice and the iron pad are effectively combined so as to bring the iron in the jaws of the vise. In this way, the parts do not need to be supported by the combination of iron pads, so as to ensure that the iron pads are not lost for a long time, and the clamping parts are reliable. And because of the vice itself with iron pad, this also greatly shorten the parts in the process of clamping the time consumed, the overall improvement of the processing efficiency of a single part processing, to ensure the stability and reliability of clamping.
