摘 要:某电厂的1号锅炉为超超临界直流锅炉,在调试期间出现了水冷壁温度过高的问题,且在燃烧方式改变或负荷增减时均存在超温现象。通过分析发现,测点主要分布在燃烧器喷口边缘区域,取消节流孔圈的方法可以增强水冷壁管对锅炉负荷波动、切磨运行的适应性,高负荷时壁温可下降约40℃,低负荷时壁温可下降约60℃。The No.1 boiler of one power plant is an ultra supercritical once-through boiler. During the debugging process, the temperature of the local measuring point of the water cooled wall is too high, and an over-temperature phenomenon occurs when the combustion mode is changed and the load increases or decreases. It is found that the measuring points are mainly distributed in the edge area of the burner nozzle. By canceling the throttle orifice, the water cooled wall’s operation adaptability can be enhanced when the boiler load fluctuates or the coal pulverizer stops. The wall temperature can be reduced by about 40 ℃ at high load. The wall temperature can be reduced by about 60℃ at low load.
