摘　　要：输送带主要应用在电力、港口、铁煤、纺织、食品、型材加工等领域,可以显著降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。除满足基本力学性能要求外,不同应用领域对输送带的特定性能也各有偏重,如需耐温、耐燃、耐磨、耐溶剂、防滑、抗静电等。针对目前橡胶输送带市场对其功能化的要求越来越细化,综述了国内近年各行业的功能橡胶输送带的研究应用情况,同时展望其发展方向。Conveyor belt is mainly used in electric power,port,iron,coal,textile,food and section bar processing,which can significantly reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency. In addition to meet the requirements of basic mechanical properties,different application areas also have particular emphasis on the specific performance of conveyor belt,such as heat resistance, fire resistance, abrasion resistance, solvent resistance, anti-skidding, anti-static electricity,etc. At present,the demand of rubber conveyor belt is becoming more and more detailed. The research and application of functional rubber conveyor belt in recent years were reviewed and prospects and developing direction were summarized.
