摘　　要：采用"Adler法",吡咯(1)和对羟基苯甲醛(2)为原料,丙酸为溶剂兼催化剂,合成Meso-四(4-羟基苯基)卟啉(THPP),其结构经MS、UV-vis、IR及FL确证。采用单因素条件实验,考察硝基苯用量、投料比、反应时间、反应物浓度以及溶剂类型等因素对合成THPP的影响,在最佳反应条件为(1)与(2)摩尔比1∶1,反应物吡咯的浓度为0.1536 mol/L,反应40 min下,使用中性氧化铝柱层析纯化,乙醇与二氯甲烷(体积比1∶1)为洗脱剂,收集第二色带,收率可达20.33%。Meso-tetra( 4-hydroxyphenyl) porphyrin( THPP) was synthesized by Adler method,using pyrrole( 1)and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde( 2) as raw materials and propionic acid as solvent and catalyst. The structure was confirmed by MS,UV-vis,IR and FL. The effects factors such as the amount of nitrobenzene,feed ratio,reaction time,reactant concentration and solvent type on THPP were investigated by single factor experiment. Under the following optimum reaction conditions: n( 1) ∶n( 2) = 1∶1,the concentration of reactants pyrrole was 0. 1536 mol/L and the reaction was40 min,purification using neutral alumina column chromatography,ethanol and dichloromethane( volume ratio of 1∶1)as eluent,collecting the second ribbon,the yield was up to 20. 33%.
