新型奥比沙星-稀土金属配合物的合成与稳定性研究

摘  要:考察了6种新型奥比沙星稀土金属配合物对光照、温度和湿度条件的稳定性。实验依据兽药稳定性试验技术规范,奥比沙星稀土配合物分别经强光照射(4500 lx±500 lx)5 d和10 d,高温(60℃)分别存放5 d和10 d,室温下较湿条件(RH 75%±5%)和高湿条件(RH 92.5%±5%)分别存放5 d和10 d,对比考察奥比沙星稀土配合物在实验前后的表观性状和质量的变化情况。结果显示,奥比沙星稀土配合物经光照稳定性实验、温度稳定性实验和湿度稳定性实验分析,所考察指标均符合质量标准要求。总体上,6种奥比沙星稀土配合物均具有良好的稳定性,其中钆配合物较佳。但配合物均存在一定程度的减重,对光照、温度和湿度表现一定的敏感性。该类配合物需要在避光、阴凉处保存为宜。The stability of six new orbifloxacin-lanthanide complexes under the different conditions of illumination,temperature and humidity was investigated. According to the Technical Specification for Stability Test of Veterinary Drugs,the orbifloxacin-lanthanide complexes were stored under the conditions with intense light( 4500 lx ± 500 lx),high temperature( 60 ℃),moderate humidity( RH 75% ±5%) and high humidity( RH 92. 5% ±5%),for 5 days and 10 days respectively. And their apparent characters and qualities before and after the storage were comparatively observed.Results showed that after the experimental analyses,all these six complexes had been passed the stability tests in terms of illumination,temperature and humidity,respectively. All the observed factors met the quality requirements. This kind of metal complexes showed satisfied stabilities,in which the gadolinium complex was the best. All these complexes will lost weight in some extent,showing they are some sensitive to the illumination,temperature and humidity. So they were suggested to be preserved in a shady,cool and dark place.
