摘  要:为解决高纯石英砂产品石英玻璃锭出现蓝色蝴蝶状色斑的问题,实验通过四极质谱仪对40~60目(0.25~0.38 mm)的高纯石英砂中气液包裹体中的H_2O、CH_4、C_2H_6、CO_2、N_2、H_2S、O_2等进行定量分析,然后假设按相同比例延伸至90~150目的高纯石英砂中,利用Si O_2与H_2O、CH_4、C_2H_6的介电常数差异,使高纯石英砂中的有关气液包裹体杂质质选择吸波的差异,吸波者分子振动互相产生摩擦,温度不断升高,由于空间不变从而压强升高,达到一定程度在砂粒粒壁处产生应力拉伸破裂冲出,实现剔除目的。In order to solve the problem of blue butterfly shaped spots in quartz glass ingots of high pure quartz sand products,the quantitative analysis of H_2O,CH_4,C_2H_6,CO_2,N_2,H_2S and O_2in fluid inclusions of 40~60(0.25~0.38 mm)high pure quartz sand was carried out by quadrupole mass spectrometer.It assumed that the same proportion was extended to 90~150 high purity quartz sand.The differences of dielectric constants between Si O_2and H_2O,CH_4and C_2H_6were used to make differences of selective absorption of impurities in the gas-liquid inclusions of high quality pure quartz sand.The vibration of the absorbing molecular produced friction with each other and the temperature increased.Because of the constant space and the increase of pressure,tensile stress could be produced at the sand grain wall and breaking out the particle to a certain degree,which could be eliminated.
