广西产青天葵中鼠李秦素检测的研究

摘　　要：对广西产青天葵中对照品鼠李秦素的制备及检测进行研究,为青天葵质量分析提供依据。采用传统中化方法进行制备;采用常规分析方法进行检测。结果经检测,广西产青天葵含有对照品鼠李秦素,其含量在0.87%~1.78%。本实验为青天葵对照品鼠李秦素的制备和质量分析提供了依据,对今后完善青天葵的质量标准制定和深入开发提供了科学的依据。The preparation and detection of rhamnazin in Nerviliaf oadii( Hance) Schltr. produced in Guangxi province were studied,which provided the basis for quality analysis of the Nerviliaf oadii( Hance) Schltr.. The traditional method was used for the preparation and the conventional analysis method was used for the detection. After testing,results showed that Nerviliaf oadii( Hance) Schltr. produced in Guangxi contained control rhamnazin,whose content was 0. 87% ~1. 78%. This experiment provided the basis for the preparation and quality analysis of the reference substance of Nerviliaf oadii( Hance) Schltr. and the improvement of quality standard and further development of sunflower in the future.
