防水无醛交联剂ST221的制备及其在工装面料中的应用

摘　　要：以二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、N-(3-二烷基氨基丙基)丙烯酰胺、N,N-二烷基氨基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酰胺、乙烯基吡咯烷酮、环氧氯丙烷等为原料,制备了一种防水无醛交联剂ST221;然后将该交联剂用于织物的固色整理,考察了交联剂应用条件对纯棉、涤棉工装面料的色牢度及防水整理效果的影响。得到的较佳应用条件为防水无醛交联剂ST221用量10g/L,烘干温度120℃,烘干时间40~60s,防水剂用量20g/L,该交联剂的应用能够在提高工装面料染色牢度的同时不降低防水整理效果。The formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent ST221 was prepared with dimethyl diallyi ammonium amino propyl） acrylamide, N, N-dialkyl amino ethyl acrylate, acrylamide, vinyl pyrrolidone and epoxy chloropropane as raw mater-- als. The crosslinking agent was used for the fixing treatment of the fabric, and the effect of application conditions of the crosslinking agent on the color fastness and waterproof finishing of the pure cotton and polyester/cotton fabric wertion conditions were dosage of formaldehyde-free crosslinking agent ST221 of 10 g/L and waterproofing agent of 20 g/L, drying tem-perature of 120 C , d r ying time of 40 ？60 s. _The application of cr osslinking agent could imp r ove the colofabrics and wont affect the waterproof effect.
