纤维基柔性非织造材料吸声性能研究

摘  要:对3种不同厚度的非织造布进行功能整理,选取的整理剂分别为FeS、CuO、Fe2O3和BaSO4。测试分析了整理剂种类,以及非织造材料的厚度和面密度对涤纶柔性非织造材料吸声性能的影响。结果表明:Fe2O3和BaSO42种整理剂对于非织造布吸声性能的影响很显著;非织造材料的吸声性能会随着厚度的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,而又随着面密度的增大呈现增大的趋势。With FeS, CuO, FC2O 3 and BaSOi as finishing agents, three kinds of nonwoven fabrics with different thickness weretreated. T'he influence of the type of finishing agent,the thickness and surface density of nonwoven materials on the sound absorption properties of the polyester lcxiblc nonwovens was analyzed The results showed that the effects of Fe2 O3 and BaSO4.on the sound ab-sorption properties of nonwovens were obvious. Sound performance absorption of nonwovens firstly decrthe increase of thickness, and increased with the increase of surface density.
