摘　　要：为保护环境和减少环境污染,使用荷兰AVEBE公司生产的ASP浆料取代PVA对涤棉平布经纱进行上浆,对比分析了新旧配方的调浆工艺、浆纱工艺、浆纱效果、织造情况及产品质量。结果表明,新配方在增强率、浆纱好轴率、经纱断头率及布机效率方面比含PVA旧配方有一定改善,入库一等品率达到98.9%。In order to protect environment and reduce environmental pollution, the ASP size produced by AVEBEcompany wasused to replace PVA for the sizing of polyester and cotton plain fabric. The sizing mixing process,sizinving and product quality of new and old formulation were compared and analyzed. T＇he results showed that the new formulation？ com-pared with the old formulation of PVA,had a certain improvement in increasing rate,the high shaft rate of sizing,warp breakage rateand loom efficiency. The first grade rate in storage could reach to 98.9%.
