摘  要:【目的】探究外源硅对逆境胁迫(干旱、高温及双重胁迫)下黑麦草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.【方法】选取多年生黑麦草‘首相’(Loium perenne cv.‘Premier’)品种为参试材料,测定不同浓度外源硅对各胁迫下种子发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和苗长、根长、幼苗鲜质量变化的影响,分析黑麦草幼苗叶片丙二醛(MDA)含量、过氧化物(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的变化.【结果】在干旱、高温及双重胁迫下,分别以1.0,0.5和1.5mmol/L硅处理黑麦草种子,其萌发程度、苗长、根长和幼苗鲜质量达到最大值,同时幼苗叶片MDA含量最低,SOD、POD活性达到最大值.【结论】添加适宜浓度的外源硅能有效缓解逆境胁迫对黑麦草种子萌发及幼苗生长产生的伤害,提高种子及幼苗的抗旱耐热能力.【Objective】In order to investigate the effects of exogenous silicon on the seed germination and early seedling growth of Loium perenne under stress conditions(drought,heat and interactive stress).【Method】Perennial ryegrass(L.perenne cv.'Premier')was chosen as the test material.Several physiological indexes were measured with the stressed plant after the treatment with exogenous silicon donor,such as the germination vigor,germination percentage,germination index,vigor index,seedling height,root length,and seedling fresh weight,as well as the MDA content,POD and SOD activities of the leaves.【Result】Na2 SiO3 treatment at 1.0 mmol/L,0.5 mmol/L and 1.5 mmol/L showed the best positive effects under stress conditions.The treatment made the maximum of germination index,seedling height,root length,and seedling fresh weight,and the minimum of MDA content,maintained a higher activity of POD and SOD.【Conclusion】Exogenous Na2 SiO3 treatment could significantly alleviate the damages to the seeds and seedlings of under drought,heat and interactive stress,promote the drought and heat resistance of the seeds and seedlings of L.Perenne.
