摘  要:[目的]研究双孢菇菌渣对水稻秧苗生长发育的影响。[方法]采用正交试验设计,通过上一年双孢菇菌渣与营养土、草炭不同配比,筛选出合理的配方。[结果]用双孢菇菌渣作为育苗基质,更有利于促进水稻秧苗的生长发育,它可以明显降低株高,增加根长,增加鲜重和干重。[结论]50%菌渣+20%草炭+30%营养土处理适合作为水稻育苗基质,可以代替传统的土育苗。[Objective]To study the effects of agaricus bisporus residues substrate on the growth and development of rice seedlings. [Method]This experiment used orthogonal experiment design to select a reasonable formula through different proportion of agaricus bisporus residues with soil and turf. [ Result] Using the agaricus bisporus residues as seedling substrate was more beneficial to promote the growth and development of rice seedlings, and it can significantly reduce the plant height, increase root length, increase fresh weight and dry weight. [ Conclusion]The treatment of 50% mushroom residues + 20% turf+ 30% nutrient soil is suitable for rice seedling substrate,which can replace the traditional soil seedling.
