摘  要:[目的]采用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾-四级杆-飞行时间串联质谱联用(UHPLC-ESI-Q-TOF MS)研究灯盏细辛提取物中的入血成分。[方法]首先采用传统中药煎煮方法,制备灯盏细辛提取物;然后收集健康SD大鼠的含药血浆,分别用甲酸水溶液和甲醇处理样品后,采用UHPLC-ESI-Q-TOF MS并结合对照品,质谱碎片信息和相关文献,初步推测灯盏细辛提取物的血浆移行成分。[结果]通过与对照品比对并分析相关检测数据,在含药血浆中检测到绿原酸、灯盏乙素、灯盏乙素苷元和灯盏甲素4种原型成分。[结论]该研究初步明确了灯盏细辛提取物可被吸收的物质基础,可为该药在大鼠体内的药代动力学研究提供依据。[ Objective] The research aimed to study the ingredients of Erigeron breviscapus extract into the plasma of rats by UHPLC-ESI-Q-TOF MS. [ Method] Firstly,Erigeron, breviscapus extract were prepared by the method of the traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Then,the plasma of healthy SD rats was collected and the samples were treated with formic acid aqueous solution and methanol respectively. Identification of ingredi-ents of Erigeron breviscapus extract into the plasma of rats were performed by comparing the changes in molecular masses, retention times and full scan metabolisms (MS) spectra with those of the parent drug, and the relative data of authentic reference. [Result] Four prototype components of chlorogenic acid, scutellarin, scutellarin and apigenin-7-0-glucronide were detected in the drug-containing plasma by comparing with the reference substance and analyzing the related test data. [ Conclusion ] The study initially identifies the material basis for the absorption of Erigeron brevisca-pus,which. laid the basis for studying its pharmacokinetic in rats.
