摘 要:[目的]掌握云南文山不同烟区的烤烟主要化学成分协调性差异情况。[方法]利用随机取样的方法采集7个县(市)的烤烟样品,采用指数和法对其主要化学成分含量进行赋值评分,并进行差异性分析和系统聚类。[结果]文山烟区烤烟常规化学成分之间有明显差异,在7个县(市)中以广南主要化学成分总得分最高,且与其他县(市)呈显著差异;基于烤烟常规化学成分的聚类分析,7个县(市)烤烟样品分为3类,第一梯队为西畴、丘北、文山、广南、麻栗坡县,第二梯队为马关县,第三梯队为砚山县。[结论]为烟草主要化学成分评价提供了新的思路和方法。[ Objective ] The aim was to grasp difference of the main chemical components coordination of flue-cured tobacco in Wenshan Yun-nan. [Method] Flue-cured tobacco samples from 7 counties were collected by random sampling method, the main chemical components were scored by index sum method, and the difference analysis and cluster analysis were carried out. [ Result ] The results indicated that after being scored, there were obvious differences on the conventional chemical compositions of flue-cured tobacco in Wenshan. The total score of main chemi-cal components of Guangnan was the highest in seven counties, and showed significant difference between the other counties. Cluster analysis based on the conventional chemical components of flue-cured tobacco indicated that the flue-cured tobacco samples from seven counties were di-vided into three categories,the first class was Xichou,Wenshan,Guangnan,Malipo,Qiubei County,the second class was Maguan County,and the third class was Yanshan County. [Conclusion] The results provide reference for main chemical components evaluation of flue-cured tobacco.
