摘  要:复合绝缘层漆包线由于其复杂的热老化化学反应机理的存在,容易导致热老化寿命数据分散性大、规律性差,一直是漆包线长期耐热性评定的难点之一,因此复合绝缘层漆包线的热老化寿命数据应经过严格的统计分析检验后才能使用。通过对一种聚酯/聚酰胺酰亚胺复合绝缘层漆包线在不同温度点下的恒温热老化测试,所得统计分析显示,其热寿命数据均符合对数正态分布的要求,每组数据所属总体的方差相等,热寿命的对数与绝对温度倒数两个变量之间具有一元线性关系。分析结果说明对于该类型复合漆包线继续沿用Arrhenius方程进行耐热性评定仍然是可行的。Due to a complicated chemical reaction mechanism, the thermal aging life datum of composite insulation enamelled wires always showed great dispersion and poor regularity, which was be still one of the difficulty in the long-term thermal aging testing for enamelled wires. Therefore, thermal aging life datum of this kind of wires should only be used after strict statistic analysis. Thermal aging testing were performed on an enamelled wires with composite insulation including polyester layers and polyamide imide layers under different temperatures. Results revealed that the thermal aging life datum have shown lognormal distribution. In addition, population variances corresponding to ev-ery datum group were equal. There is a good unitary linear relation between the logarithm of thermal aging life and the absolute temperature. Therefore, it is acceptable to evaluate the thermal endurance of this kind of enamelled wires still by Arrhenius Equation.
