复方倍他米松注射液与曲安奈德注射液治疗疤痕疙瘩对比观察

摘　　要：目的:比较复方倍他米松注射液与曲安奈德注射液治疗疤痕疙瘩的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年3月至2017年2月收治的40例疤痕疙瘩患者,随机分为A组(20例)和B组(20例),A组采取曲安奈德注射液局部注射治疗,B组采取复方倍他米松注射液局部注射治疗。治疗后6个月进行回访,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果与不良反应。结果:B组总有效率95.00%,明显高于A组总有效率80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组的不良反应发生率为25.00%,B组的不良反应发生率为20.00%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采取局部注射复方倍他米松注射液与曲安奈德注射液治疗疤痕疙瘩患者均取得较好的临床疗效,尤以复方倍他米松注射液治疗效果更佳。Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of Compound Betamethasone Injection and Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection in the treatment of keloid. Method 40 patients with keloids treated in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2017 were randomly divided into Group A（20 cases） and Group B（20 cases）. Group A received local injection of Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection,Group B received local injection of Compound Betamethasone Injection. Six months after the start of treatment,the patients were followed up,and the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared. Results The total effective rate in Group B was 95. 00%,which was significantly higher than that in Group A（80. 00%）. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions in Group A was 25. 00%,and that in Group B was 20. 00%. There was no significant difference between two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Local injection of Compound Betamethasone Injection and Triamcinolone Acetonide Injection in keloid patients both have achieved good clinical effect,especially the Compound Betamethasone Injection is better in treatment.
