丹参多酚酸盐对急性冠脉综合征患者炎性因子、血管内皮功能的影响及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:研究并探讨丹参多酚酸盐治疗对急性冠脉综合征患者炎性因子、血管内皮功能的影响及疗效。方法:选取该阶段内共100例急性冠脉综合征患者纳入作为研究对象,采取随机数字法将患者分为两组,每组50例,对照组患者接受常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的同时加用丹参多酚酸盐治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎性因子指标和血管内皮功能指标。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者的C-反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素6(IL-6)等炎性因子指标和血管假性血友病因子(VWF)、循环内皮细胞(CEC)、内皮素-1(ET-1)等血管内皮功能指标均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗后组间比较,观察组的炎性因子指标、血管内皮功能指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用丹参多酚酸盐治疗急性冠脉综合征具有显著疗效,可有效抑制患者机体内炎性反应,改善血管内皮功能。Objective To study and investigate the effect of Danshen citrate on inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function in patients with acute coronary syndrome（ACS）. Method 100 cases of acute coronary syndrome patients were selected as the research object,they were divided into two groups by using random number method,50 cases in each group,the control group received routine treatment,the observation group received conventional treatment at the same time combined with salvianolate treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups,inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function index were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0. 05）; after treatment,C reactive protein（CRP）,interleukin 6（IL-6） and other inflammatory factors and von Willebrand factor（VWF） and circulating endothelial cells（CEC）,endothelin-1（ET-1） etc. vascular endothelial function index in two groups were significantly lower than before treatment（P〈0. 05）,and the comparison between two groups after treatment,the inflammatory factors and vascular endothelial function index in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment of acute coronary syndrome with Salvia miltiorrhiza citrate is effective,and can effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction,improve the vascular endothelial function in patients with acute coronary syndrome.
