杜氏手法配合关节冲洗、玻璃酸钠灌注治疗膝OA的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察杜氏手法配合关节冲洗、玻璃酸钠灌注治疗膝OA的临床疗效。方法:选取膝OA患者124例,男25例,女99例,年龄40~85岁,平均59.28岁。试验组64例采用杜氏手法配合关节冲洗、玻璃酸钠灌注治疗;对照组60例采用关节冲洗、玻璃酸钠灌注治疗。分别于两组患者治疗后7 d、14 d、21 d观察其主观症状及客观体征(疼痛、关节肿胀、关节活动度等指标)并比较其临床疗效。结果:(1)两组患者主观症状及客观体征等指标的改善情况,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)治疗前后症状及体征观察评分中,试验组中膝关节疼痛、肿胀、功能活动等指标改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:杜氏手法配合关节冲洗、玻璃酸钠灌注能明显改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of knee osteoarthritis treated by Du massage combined with articular cavity irrigation and sodium hyaluronate injection. Method 124 patients from the orthopaedic department were selected,male 25 and female 99,aged from 40 to 85 years,with an average of 59. 28 years,they were divided randomly into control group and trial group. The trial group,64 patients,were all treated by Du massage combined with articular cavity irrigation and sodium hyaluronate injection. The control group,60 patients,were all treated by articular cavity irrigation and sodium hyaluronate injection. Subjective symptoms and objective signs（such as pain、Joint swelling、joint motion） of both groups on days 7,14 and 21 after treatment were recorded and compared. Results（1）There was a statistically significant difference in subjective symptoms and objective signs between two groups（P〈0. 05）.（2）According to the scores observed before and after the treatment,the trial group was superior to control group in knee joint pain、swelling、function and so on（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Du massage combined with articular cavity irrigation and sodium hyaluronate injection can improve the quality of life,and it is worthy of wide clinical application.
