秦代县级属吏的迁转路径——以里耶秦简为中心  

Transference and Promotion Path of County-level Officials in Qin Dynasty:A Case Study of Liye Bamboo Slips of Qin Dynasty

摘　　要：里耶秦简的大量公布秦代县属吏迁转研究提供了条件。通过简文中的实例可以看出在秦代县级属吏中存在以下一些具体的迁转路径:在"基层佐史"内部存在乡佐到官佐、官佐到官佐、乡史与官史之间的平级调动;在"基层佐史"与"中层吏员"之间存在官佐、乡佐、尉史升迁至令佐,乡史、田部史升迁为令史,官佐升迁至官啬夫等路径;在"中层吏员"内部,令佐可能是上升到令史的重要阶段,令史可临时出任官啬夫和乡啬夫;而守丞的担任者多是官啬夫、乡啬夫。此外,简文显示秦代基层的史职与非史职在迁转过程中并非泾渭分明而是多有交叉。The publication of Liye Bamboo Slips of Qin Dynasty contributes to the research in the transference and promotion path of county-level officials of Qin Dynasty. The examples of the slips can show the following path. Among the basic-level officials,Xiangzuo( 乡佐) can be transferred to Guanzuo( 官佐),Guanzuo to Guanzuo,and Xiangshi( 乡史) to Guanshi( 官史). Between the basic-level officials and the middlelevel officials,Guanzuo,Xiangzuo and Weishi( 尉史) can be promoted to Lingzuo( 令佐),Xiangshi and Tianbushi( 田部史) to Lingshi( 令史),and Guanzuo to Guansefu( 官啬夫). Among the middle-level officials,Lingzuo is probably an important transition stage for the promotion to Lingshi,and Lingshi can be temporarily transferred to Guansefu and Xiangsefu( 乡啬夫). Guansefu and Xiangsefu can work as Shoucheng( 守丞). In addition,the transference and promotion path between shi-related positions and non-shi-related ones is intertwined with each other.
