摘　　要：目的探讨全程专业护理个案管理对乳腺癌化疗患者疾病不确定感的影响。方法选择2015年10月-2016年3月100例乳腺癌患者,按入院顺序分组,前50例为对照组,后50例为观察组。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行全程专业护理个案管理。采用疾病不确定感量表对100例乳腺癌患者在入院当天和化疗完成当天进行疾病不确定感调查。结果观察组在化疗完成当天疾病不确定感得分比入院当天明显下降(P<0.05);与入院当天相比,观察组完成化疗后疾病不确定感下降幅度高于对照组疾病不确定感下(P<0.05)。结论全程专业护理个案管理可有效降低乳腺癌化疗患者疾病不确定感,提高患者的化疗依从性及生活质量。Objective To study the effects of whole course professional nursing case management on uncertainty in illness for breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A purposive sampling of 100 breast cancer patients from October 2015 to March 2016 was selected.The first 50 patients were assigned to the control group,and other 50 patients were assigned to the experimental group.The control group received the routine nursing,while the experimental group received whole course professional nursing case management.All patients were asked to answer the Mishel＇s uncertainty in illness scale twice at the day of admission and the day of completing chemotherapy.Results There was significantly decrease in the mean rank of uncertainty in illness scores on the day of completing chemotherapy in the experimental group（P〈0.05）.The decreasing score of uncertainty in illness score between the day of admission and the day of completing chemotherapy was significantly greater than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Whole course professional nursing case management can decrease uncertainty in illness scale among the breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy,improve chemotherapy compliance and quality of life.
