摘　　要：目的在Barthel指数量表基础上,研制一套科学实用、操作性强且适用于临床的Barthel指数评估操。方法采用Delphi专家咨询法对30名专家进行两轮问卷函询,获取专家对Barthel指数评估操的意见。结果两轮专家咨询问卷有效回收率均为100%。Barthel指数评估操的适用人群、注意事项、动作内容及评分标准的专家权威程度系数为0.859,变异系数变小,且越来越接近零。结论关于Barthel指数评估操的研究结果,专家认可度较高,意见一致性较好,研究结果可以作为结论。Objective To develop a set of scientific,practical and suitable for clinical Barthel index assessment exercises based of the Barthel index scale.Methods Two rounds of questionnaire inquiry for 30 experts using Delphi expert consultation method was conducted.Results The effective recovery rate of two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire are both 100%.The experts degree coefficient of Barthel index assessment gym＇s applicable people,matters needing attention,action content and score criteria is 0.859.Its variation coefficient was decreased,and increasingly close to zero.Conclusions The results of this research shows that the recognition of the research content is high,experts consistency is good,and the results can be used as a conclusion.
