摘 要:选取不同粒度的铬粉,用复合电镀法在Q235碳钢表面进行Fe-Cr-Ni镀层的沉积,探讨了铬粉尺寸对FeCr-Ni镀层在工业废水中腐蚀行为的影响。在室温、80℃等不同温度下用动电位极化法进行镀层电化学腐蚀性能的测试,采用光学显微镜对镀层腐蚀形貌进行观察。结果表明:粗铬粉条件下获得的镀层的自腐蚀电位要明显正于细铬粉条件下获得镀层的自腐蚀电位,这与细铬粉条件下镀层具有较多晶界相关;动电位极化的粗铬粉和细铬粉镀层的阳极溶解相差不大,阴极均呈现氧的去极化作用;温度升高,镀层在工业废水中的腐蚀加速,这是由于温度升高晶界结合力减弱所致的。细铬粉镀层相较粗铬粉镀层而言,耐蚀性没有明显的改善;镀层对于延缓电化学腐蚀性能的作用较差。Fe-Cr-Ni coating was electrodeposited on Q235 carbon steel with different sizes of Cr powders. The effect of Cr powder size on the corrosion behavior of Fe-Cr-Ni electroplated coating in industrial wastewater was discussed. The electrochemical corrosion resistance of the coating was tested by dynamic potential polarization at room temperature and 80℃. The corrosion morphology of the coating was observed by optical microscopy. The results show that the corrosion potential of the coating achieved from coarse Cr powder was significantly positive compared to that from fine Cr powder due to more grain boundaries under the condition of fine Cr powder. Dynamic polarization curves of coatings from coarse Cr powder and fine Cr powder showed anodic dissolution and had little difference. The depolarization effect of cathode was presented. Corrosion of the coating in industrial wastewater was accelerated at elevated temperatures because of grain boundary binding force. The corrosion resistance of coatings obtained by fine Cr powder is not significantly improved compared with that of the coarse Cr powder coating, and the effect of coating types on the corrosion resistance of coatings is poor.
