摘  要:以花楸树成熟合子胚胎为试验材料,通过室内培养皿发芽法研究外源NO供体(SNP)和乙烯利对花楸树胚胎萌发的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,乙烯和NO均能不同程度地提高花楸树胚胎萌发百分率、平均发芽速度、发芽指数和发芽势;其中20mmol/L乙烯利对花楸树胚胎促进萌发效果最为显著,萌发百分率可达75.56%,比对照高出41.67%。SNP与NBD处理组合的胚胎萌发百分率最低(31.11%)。外源NO不能缓解这种抑制作用。研究结果阐明了外源乙烯和NO在花楸树胚胎休眠解除中的作用,为进一步解释乙烯和NO解除花楸树种子休眠的作用机制奠定了基础。An experiment was conducted to study the effects of exogenous nitric oxide donor (SNP) and ethrel on the embryo germination and the production of ethylene during the germination of Sorbus pohuashanensis by the indoor culture dish sprout method which was taken mature zygotic embryo as experimental material.The results showed that ethylene and NO could elevate the germination per- centage, mean speed of germination, germination index and germination energy compared to the con- trol has some extended.The effect of 20 mmol/L ethrel on improving the germination was significant, the germination percentage was up to 75.56% ,it was higher than the control about 41.67%.The ger- mination percentage of combination treatment of SNP and NBD was minimum (31.11%), and this inhibition wasn't relieved by exogenous NO.The results laid the foundation of illuminating the func- tion of exogenous NO and ethylene during the embryo germination of S.pohuashanensis, and explai- ning the interaction mechanism of NO and ethylene on releasing seed dormancy of S.pohuashanensis.
