摘  要:喷涂橡胶沥青防水涂料的A组分采用橡胶乳液对沥青进行改性,考察了橡胶乳液性能和用量对橡胶沥青防水涂料性能的影响,结果表明:选用橡胶乳液时,应选择与乳化沥青物理性能相近的产品;丁苯胶乳能提高防水涂料的耐低温性能,但由于其自身力学性能较低,其用量不宜过大;氯丁胶乳能大幅提高防水涂料的拉伸强度,但其用量达到一定值后,制得的防水涂料断裂伸长率会急剧减小;涂刷制得的橡胶沥青防水涂料样品粘结强度高于喷涂制样的结果。A component of spraying rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating adopts rubber emulsion modified asphalt. This article inspected influences of performance and dosage of rubber emulsion on performances of rubber modified asphalt waterproofing coating. The results show that the physical properties of rubber latex should similar to emulsified asphalt; SBR latex can improve law temperature performance of the coating, but its mechanical performance is poor, so its dosage should not be too large; neoprene latex can significantly improve tensile strength of the coating, however, when its amount reached a certain value, elongation at break of the coating will be drastically reduced; the bond strength of painted coating samples is higher than the results of the spray samples.
