摘  要:采用高温管式炉研究脱碳温度、时间、气氛和加湿器温度等工艺对取向硅钢脱碳效果的影响,探讨了取向硅钢碳含量控制的最优工艺条件。试验结果表明,当温度为840℃、时间8min以上、H2∶N2的比例为30%∶70%和加湿器温度为65℃时,能取得较好的脱碳效果。The effect of decarburization temperature,time,atmosphere and temperature of humidifier on the carbon content of oriented silicon steel during decarburization annealing process was studied by high temperature tubular furnace,and the optimal technological conditions of carbon content control of oriented silicon steel were discussed.The experimental results show that good results can be achieved when the temperature is 840 ℃,the time is more than 8 minutes,the proportion of H2:N2 is 30%:70% and the temperature of the humidifier is 65 ℃.
