摘  要:研究了用于1 960MPa级钢丝绳的C82D2热轧盘条的工业性试制,详细探讨了盘条的成分、组织、性能以及拉制钢丝的力学性能。结果表明:严格的精炼、偏析控制是炼钢的关键;盘条表面无脱碳层,索氏体化率达95%,片层间距134~168nm,σb平均值为1 167.6MPa;钢丝的强度、弯曲和扭转性能均符合标准要求,疲劳寿命平均值达9.0万次。Industrial preparation of C82D2 hot rolled wire rode used in 1960 MPa grade steel wire rope was studied.The chemical composition,microstructure and properties of wire rode and the mechanical properties of steel wire were analyzed in detail.The results indicate that strict control on refinement and segregation is the key point during smelting;No decarburized layer is found in wire rode,accompanied with 1167.6 MPa tensile strength;Sorbitizing rate of microstructure in wire rode comes to 95% with 134~168 nm interlaminar spacing;The tension,bending and torsion performances of steel wire,whose fatigue life reaches 90 thousand times,confirm to standard requirements.
