摘　　要：热浸镀锌铝镁板是一种具有超高耐蚀性的涂镀钢板,广泛应用于家电制造、汽车、高铁及光伏产业等行业。文章阐述了热镀锌铝镁钢板的电化学特性及切口腐蚀机理,详细分析了镀层具有超高耐蚀性的原因。Hot-dip Zn-Al-Mg alloy-coated steel sheet is widely used in home appliance manufacture,automobile,high-speed rail and photovoltaic industries for its superior corrosion resistance.The electrochemical properties of hotdip Zn-Al-Mg sheet and the corrosion mechanism of the incisions are expounded in this paper.The reasons of the ultrahigh corrosion resistance of the coating are analyzed detailedly.
