摘  要:对风电法兰用Q345E连铸坯镦裂的坯料,进行了取样检验分析。结果表明:Q345E连铸坯镦裂原因是连铸坯原料上压痕面两侧有表面裂纹,综合采取钢中加入0.01%~0.015%的Ti、拉矫温度提高至900℃以上和降低矫直压力10%~15%的措施可有效地避免连铸坯镦裂。Q345 E slab billet samples of the wind power flange were tested and analyzed.The results show that the reason of the upsetting of Q345 E continuous casting slab is that the surface cracks exist on both sides of the indentation surface of the continuous casting slab.When 0.01%~0.015% Ti is added into the steel,the straightening temperature is increased to over 900℃ and the straightening pressure is reduced by 10%~15%,those measures can effectively prevent the billet upsetting.
