摘　　要：目的利用CCHI的技术难度与风险程度赋值对医院科室、医生进行绩效评价,为发放岗位津贴提供借鉴。方法建立CCHI操作项目与医嘱中诊疗项目的对照表,利用CCHI中的技术难度、风险程度赋值计算医院科室、操作医生的考评分值,并进行评价。结论科室、个人等疑难危重综合分值分布具有明显规律性,可以作为识别疑难危重技术的方法。CCHI与HIS诊疗项目的对照还存在一定困难,一定程度上影响了本方法的应用。Objective To use the technology difficulty and the degree of risk assignment in the Chinese Classifica- tion of Health Inventions [CCHI） for performance appraisal for the departments and doctors in hospital to provide evi- dence for post allowance distribution. Methods A comparison table was set up for the operation items of CCHI and the diagnosis and treatment items in doctor＇s advice. The evaluation scores of the departments and doctors were calculated and evaluated from the assignment values for technology difficulty and the degree of risk in CCHI. Conclusion The distribution of the critically ill scores of the departments and doctors showed an obvious regularity, which can be used as an identification method for critical technology. The comparison between the CCHI and the HIS still existed some diffi- culties, which could affect the application of this method to a certain extent.
