摘　　要：通过文献检索角度,阐述了医疗不良事件致死的发生情况,指出全球每年住院患者约4.21亿人次,其中因医疗不良事件死亡的近4 300万人。同时,分析了医疗不良事件原因及类型、严重程度评估、可预防性评估的方法及相关研究结果,旨在为我国可预防性医疗不良事件及死亡的相关研究提供借鉴。From the perspective of literature retrieval, the study analyzed the prevalence of the preventable med- ical adverse events and the preventable death. The annual number of global hospitalized patients was about 421 mil- lion, including nearly 43 million deaths due to medical adverse events. Furthermore, the causes and types of medical adverse events, the assessment of severity, the preventive assessment methods and the related research results were analyzed. The purpose of the study was to provide reference for the study of preventable medical adverse events and deaths in China.
