摘　　要：对引发医疗不良事件的护理因素进行了总结,梳理出以信息技术手段降低系统错误,以智能化给药管理系统降低用药错误,术前安全核对制度化,严控院内感染,模拟训练和教学降低患者风险等护理防范策略,以减少医疗不良事件发生。The nursing factors on medical adverse events were reviewed. The nursing preventive strategies were proposed to reduce the occurrence of medical adverse events, including the information technology measures to reduce systematic errors, the intellectualization dose management system to reduce pharmacy using errors, the institutionalized preoperative safety check, the strictly controlling of nosocomial infection, the simulated training and education to de- crease the risk of patients.
