摘　　要：建立闭环式管理模式下的医疗安全不良事件管理体系,以提高不良事件上报率,减少重复不良事件发生,为管理者决策提供科学依据,促进医疗质量持续改进。同时,从开放式信息平台、闭环管理模式效果、医疗安全不良事件上报等方面介绍了系统应用效果。Through development of open information platform and closed--loop management mode ot medmal sate- ty adverse events management system, the reporting rate of adverse events can be improved, the repeated adverse events can be decreased, scientific evidence can be provided for administrators＇ decision, and continuous improvement of medi- cal quality can he enhanced. The application effect of the system was introduced from aspects of open information plat- form, effect of closed--loop management mode, and reporting of the medical safety adverse events.
