摘　　要：介绍了电子病历系统植入物患者随访模块的应用情况,对随访的定义及植入物患者随访的必要性进行了阐述。通过植入物患者随访信息系统的应用,可有效保障患者安全,提高了随访人员的工作效率、随访质量和信息资源的利用程度,促进了临床医疗水平的提高。但是系统在应用过程中也存在一些问题,针对这些问题提出了应依照患者病情提升对应内容,注重患者心理评价,自动建立随访档案以及加强植入物条形码的规范管理等建议。This paper introduces the application of the patient implants follow--up module of electronic medical record sys- tem, and expounds the definition of follow--up and the necessity of follow--up about patient who undergoing implantation, through the application of the implant patient follow--up information system, which can effectively protect the safety of patients, improve follow--up staff efficiency, follow--up quality and utilization of information resources, and promote the improvement of clinical medical standards. However, there are some problems in the application of the system. According to these problems, some sugges- tions should be put forward such as improving the corresponding contents according to the patients condition, paying attention to the patienrs psychological evaluation, automatically create follow--up files and strengthen the normative management of implant bar codes and other suggestions.
