摘  要:以9份玉米自交系为试验材料,按不完全双列杂交方法(NCⅡ)组配成18份杂交组合。利用9个亲本和18个Fl代的试验数据对玉米雌穗主要数量性状的遗传组成、遗传力和配合力相对效应值进行分析。结果表明:穗位、穗粗、穗行数宜进行早代选择;秃尖、穗粒数、双穗率宜晚代选择;配合力效应在不同的材料间有差异;自交系2021、2402和2508可作为以提高双穗率为目的性状育种的优良亲本;2508和B73作为矮化穗位育种材料有一定的应用价值。Experimental was conducted with material of 9 inbred lines, 18 hybrid combinations were set accorplete diallel cross method (NC II). The maize ear data of 9 parents and 18 Fj generations were netic quantitative traits,including heritability,combining ability and relative effect. The results showed: ear, ear diameter,ear row number should be selected in the ealy generation ; bald ,spike number, double spike rate should be seleceration ; combining ability effect in different materials. Selfing line 2021,2402 and 2508 could be used as excellent parent breeding material to improve double spike rate. 2508 and B73 showed certain application value in dwarf ear placc breeding.
