摘　　要：房屋危险性鉴定是正在使用中的房屋管理的重要工作之一,当前有多种鉴定技术标准,该文对新修订的《危险房屋鉴定标准》JGJ125-2016的适用范围、鉴定方法等问题进行了讨论,阐述了《危险房屋鉴定标准》JGJ125-2016使用中需注意的问题,可供房管部门、专业检测检验机构等工程技术单位和人员参考。The appraisal of dangerous buildings is one of the important management w o rk fo r buildings in use. Currently, there are a va riety o f technical appraisal standards. This paper discusses issues l ik e the application range and appraisal methods o f the newly revised Standard fo r Dangerous B u ild in g Appraisal JGJ125-2016, and elaborates the noteworthy problems in applying the Standard, p ro v id in g some references fo r the engineering and technical personnel and personnel of housing management offices, professional testing agencies and so fo r th.
