摘　　要：分析了1995～2016年我国搅拌摩擦焊技术专利的发明人（申请人）、发明人团队、申请人合作等数据,指出我国搅拌摩擦焊技术在专利申请、专利转化方面存在的问题。这对企业和科研机构的研发、技术创新等提供参考和帮助,促进我国搅拌摩擦焊行业的可持续发展。The inventors （applicants）, inventor team and applicants coorperation of friciton stir welding patents in China from 1995 to 2016 were analyzed, and the problems existing in patent application and patent conversion of friction stir welding technology in China were pointed out. It provides reference and assistance for R ＆ D and technological innovation of enterprises and scientific research, and promotes the sustainable development of friction stir welding in China.
