摘 要:为了解在平特性和下降特性弧焊电源下,焊丝偏移对于超窄间隙焊接电弧稳定性和焊缝成形的影响,在放置焊剂带的I形坡口中,使焊枪在焊接过程中向一侧偏移一定距离进行熔化极电弧焊试验。结果表明,焊丝偏移量是影响电弧稳定性和焊缝成形的关键因素;当焊丝偏移量较小时,无论是平特性还是下降特性电源,电弧的作用范围较好地分布在坡口侧壁和底部,电弧稳定性较强,焊缝成形较好;当焊丝偏移量逐渐增大时,平特性电源电弧作用范围偏向侧壁,根部熔合不良,而下降特性电源作用范围略偏向一侧,但仍然可以保证坡口底部和侧壁的熔合。In order to understand the influence of the wire offset on the stability and weld forming of ultra-narrow gap welding under flat characteristic and falling characteristic power sources, the metal inert-gas welding tests were carried out by making the welding torch offset a certain distance to one side in I groove placed with flux band during the welding process. The results show that the wire offset is the key factor that affects arc stability and weld forming. When the wire offset is small, the arc action range distributes on the side wall and the bottom of the groove under the flat characteristic and falling characteristic sources. The arc stability is relatively strong and the weld forming is fine. When the wire offset gradually increases, the arc action range of flat characteristic power source is inclined to the side wall and the root fusion is not good. However, when the arc action range of falling characteristic source is slightly biased to one side wall, the fusion of the side wall and root can be guaranteed.
