摘　　要：对底座零件结构进行了分析,利用Pro/E软件完成底座零件的三维建模。采用分型面切割的方法设计了熔模精铸模具,结合MasterCAM软件进行了模具复杂型腔刀具轨迹的设计,并且生成加工过程的数控代码,利用CIMCO软件进行模拟加工,提高了底座零件熔模模具设计的开发效率。The structure of a base part was analyzed, and the 3D model of base part was established by using Pro/E software. The investment mold was designed by using cutting mothod of parting surfaces, and the tool path of the complex mold cavity was designed by using MasterCAM software, and the NC code was generated, and CIMCO software to was used simulate machining, which improves the development efficiency of the base part＇s mold design.
