新型汽车前轴的半固态锻压工艺研究

摘  要:采用不同工艺参数进行了12MnVBS-NiZr新型汽车前轴的半固态锻压试验,并测试了前轴的-40℃低温冲击和磨损性能。结果表明:半固态晶粒等效直径为65.352μm,圆整度为0.7832。在试验条件下,随始锻温度从1200℃升高到1320℃,或终锻温度从700℃上升至840℃,或锻压变形量从10%增加至16%,汽车前轴的低温冲击性能和磨损性能均先提高后下降。与700℃终锻相比,820℃终锻时汽车前轴-40℃冲击吸收功增大65.6%,磨损体积减小45.7%。Semi-solid forging test of 12MnVBS-NiZr new automobile front axles was carried out by using different technological parameters. The -40 ℃ impact property at low temperature and wear resistance of the front axle were tested. The results show that the semi-solid grain equivalent diameter is 65.352 μm, and the roundness is 0.7832. Under test conditions, with the initial forging temperature increasing from 1200 ℃ to 1320 ℃, or finish forging temperature increasing from 700℃ to 840 ℃, or forging deformation increasing from 10 % to 16 %, the impact property and wear resistance at low temperature firstly increase and then decrease. Compared with the final forging at 7000C, the -40℃ impact absorbing power of the automobile front axle increases by 65.6 % at final forging temperature of 820℃, while the wear volume decreases by 45.7%.
