摘 要:高比例分布式光伏的接入使得配电网故障重构中更易出现过电压节点.对此建立了含高比例分布式光伏的配电网系统模型,并进行了分析,得出故障区节点电压的波动不仅与联络开关和光伏的位置,还与光伏容量及负荷的大小有关,但是其他区域只与负荷有关.针对配电网供电恢复后可能存在节点过电压的情况,基于灵敏度矩阵找到引起节点过电压的光伏接入节点,采用光伏逆变器的Volt/Var 6点法对其进行调节,运用改进的支路交换法以网损最小为目标对配电网进行了优化,利用Open DSS对IEEE33节点配电网系统进行仿真验证.The integration of high proportion distributed photovoltaic( PV) to distribution network( DN)may lead node overvoltage easier in fault reconfiguration. A DN model with high proportion distributed PV was proposed and a conclusion by analyzing this model was found that node voltage fluctuations of faulted area depend on the position of tie-switches,the output and location of PV,the load power,while node voltage fluctuations of non-faulted area only depend on the load power. According to the node overvoltage of DN after power restoration,Firstly,the PV connected nodes based on node voltage sensitivity matrix was found,secondly,adjusting the voltage of these nodes by using PV Volt/Var 6-point control model,thirdly,minimizing the line loss through an improved branch-exchanging method and finally,simulation analysis for IEEE33-bus system was conducted by open distribution simulator software( Open DSS).
