摘 要:为对气田集输系统的用能状况进行评价并为工艺和设备的改造提供依据,开发了气田集输系统用能评价软件。该软件可实现对集输系统中的压缩机组、加热炉、机泵等各类设备的用能评价,以及各类站场系统用能的综合评价和分析。阐述了气田集输系统用能评价软件功能模块的设计情况,介绍了软件的结构及界面。最后,应用该软件对某典型气田集输系统进行了分析评价,并根据评价结果,提出了各个用能单元的节能措施建议。In order to evaluate energy consumption of gas field gathering and transportation system and provide the basis for the transformations of the processes and equipment,the energy consumption evaluation software was developed.The software can evaluate energy consumption of the compressor units,heating furnaces,pumps and other equipments in the gathering and transportation system,as well as comprehensively analyze energy consumption of various stations.This paper introduced function modules,structures and interfaces of energy evaluation software.The software was used to evaluate a typical gas field gathering and transportation system.And based on the evaluation results,the energy saving measures was proposed.
