摘  要:针对发生在国外某油田注汽锅炉爆管事故,全面论述了造成爆管事故的根本原因和5个方面的具体问题。着重强调了水处理工艺设计对注汽锅炉安全可靠运行的重要性。指出从项目前期到设计阶段直至投产、运行管理各个环节,都应该严格按照水质标准要求运行,根据水质分析结果选择合适的水处理工艺设计和水处理设备,运行中要加强对水质的检测和控制,确保注汽锅炉的安全可靠运行。This article discusses the causes and five specific problems based on the pipe explosion accident in a foreign oil field.The importance of water treatment process design for safe and reliable operation of steam injection boiler is emphasized.The paper pointed out that from the early stage of the project to design phase until the production,operation and management each link,should water quality standards in strict accordance with the requirements of operation,according to the result of water quality analysis to choose the appropriate design and water treatment equipment,water treatment technique in the operation of to strengthen the detection and control of water quality,to ensure safe and reliable operation of the steam injection boiler.
