摘　　要：政府支持企业创新议题长期倍受学界关注,但是围绕其内涵与表现形式等内容却鲜有研究。本文对政府支持企业创新的知识基础与热点、理论源流、内涵与表现类型等进行深入探讨。该研究基于企业战略管理和区域经济发展理论视角,探索了企业创新过程及影响因素等,且政府对企业创新绩效、技术创新等方面的影响是当前热点;该研究的理论源流包括政府干预理论等三个主流理论;其表现类型体现为政策、企业家等六种行为。The issues concerning government support enterprise innovation has long been the concern of the academic circle, but so far, few studies have been made on the connotation and form of government supportive behavior. This paper explores government support enterprise innovation in terms of knowledge base, hot topics, theoretical origin, connotation and form. The results show that the knowledge base of this research is based on the strategic management of enterprises and the perspective of regional economic development, explores the process of enterprise innovation and its influencing factors, and the impact of government on enterprise innovation performance and technological innovation is the current hot spot. The theoretical sources include three major theories, such as government intervention theory, and six types such as policy and entrepreneurs, etc.
